Terms and Conditions (Renderkits)

Last updated: July 15, 2025

1. General

These terms apply to all deliveries and services from Renderkits AS (“Renderkits”), unless otherwise agreed in writing. By ordering or using our services, you accept these terms.

2. The Service

Renderkits provides AI-generated and manually curated visualizations (“Visuals”) for use in early design phases, internal decision-making, and market preparation. Our images are not technical drawings and do not replace construction drawings, BIM models, or formal project documentation.

3. Ordering and Process

  • The client submits floor plans, reference images, and other relevant information.

  • Renderkits produces style tracks and moodboards according to the agreed package.

  • The client may request unlimited new style tracks or revisions within the sprint window (typically 7 calendar days).

  • Upon selection of a style direction, the final gallery and style guide are delivered.

4. Price and Payment

  • All projects are priced as fixed packages or per separate agreement.

  • Invoice is issued upon delivery of the final material (without watermark). Payment term is 14 days.

  • No hidden fees, unless the client orders additional services (e.g., express delivery, IP insurance, or workshops).

5. No Satisfaction, No Invoice

If the client, after reasonable iterations and revisions, remains unsatisfied with all style tracks, no invoice will be issued.
This applies only as long as the images are not used commercially or publicly (see clause 7).

6. Rights and Ownership

  • All Visuals and style guides remain the property of Renderkits until full payment is received.

  • Usage rights for publishing in prospectuses, social media, pitches, or other marketing are transferred only after payment.

  • Without agreement and payment, the client is granted internal use rights only (board, investor, budgeting discussions).

7. Watermarking and Breach

  • Before payment, all images are delivered with watermarks and restricted downloads via Picflow or equivalent systems.

  • Unauthorized use, distribution, or publication of such images constitutes a breach of agreement and copyright, potentially leading to financial claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

Renderkits is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from Visuals not meeting technical construction requirements or if the final project appearance differs from the visualization.
The service is intended only as inspiration and decision support in early phases.

9. Force Majeure

Renderkits is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiations. If unresolved, the case may be brought before Oslo District Court as the venue.

11. Changes to Terms

Renderkits reserves the right to update these terms. The current version is always available on our website. Changes do not apply retroactively to existing agreements.
